Office Policies
As a new office, we are currently operating without any dedicated administrative staff. As such we have some policies and procedures in place to ensure everything can run as smoothly as possible.
Appointments can be conveniently booked online at www.recoveryroomchiro.janeapp.com, or you can either call or text 289-993-3663. If we happen to miss your call, we will call you back in a timely manner.

We require that you put a credit card on file for contactless payments. This helps us spend more time with you, and streamlines the payment process after your session. You will then be immediatly emailed your receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company if applicable.
Cards accepted: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Late cancellation between 12-24 hours before appointment: 20$ fee
- Late cancellation between 4-12 hours before appointment: 50% of fee for visit
- Late cancellation between 0-4 hours before appointment: Full fee of visit
- No Show: Full fee of visit
We understand that not all people will be comfortable with keeping a credit card on file. No credit card data is actually stored in Jane. When you enter credit card information into Jane, Jane creates and keeps a token that can be used to reference that information. But the actual sensitive information is sent to and stored within our payment partner Stripe, which holds the highest security certification in the industry.
If you still arent comfortable, please either call or email (info@recoveryroomchiro.com) with your concerns and we will figure out a solution.
At this time direct billing is not available. You will be promplty emailed a receipt after your visit which can be submitted.
When you get to your appointment, there will be a seat you can wait in outside of the office room. If we are with someone else the door will be closed, when it is time for your appointment we will be right with you!
